Annotation:

The article describes the process of putting oil deposits into development in organogenic structures and carbonate destruction aprons, which are characterized by karstified fractured-cavernous and cavernous-combined subsalt reservoirs. Primary opening of biohermal structures with abnormally-high reservoir pressure (AHRP) "in equilibrium" did not seem technologically possible due to the presence of zones of incompatible drilling conditions and associated complications, such as intense absorption and simultaneous manifestation of reservoir fluid. Under these conditions, an alternative method applied for primary drilling of the Osinsky oil and gas producing reservoir with AHFP was quickly developed and tested – drilling at controlled pressure "for absorption with a hydraulic seal", which made it possible to successfully run down and activate the liner hanger. The experience gained can be used as a strategy for drilling similar wells.
