Annotation:

The article describes the main problems in drilling oil and gas wells in conditions of long-term operation of fields with a high degree of water cut and reduced reservoir properties of formations, which are characterized by instability of rocks, partial shedding or destruction of the wellbore wells during drilling, large financial losses during the elimination of complications and accidents. The cost reductionof well construction is one of the priorities in the overall balance of hydrocarbon production. Casing drilling is one of the technologies that improve the efficiency of well construction in difficult conditions. The article discusses a new design of the bit-shoe for casing drilling and provides a calculation of the required force to advance the central unit in the case of moving six steel blades along the guide helical grooves of the bit-shoe. It was determined that the force required to turn six steel blades of the bit along the guide helical grooves is 150 times less than that of the prototype.
