Annotation:

To date, more than 70 % of drilling fluids used for well construction, including those ones with a horizontal profile, are represented by hydrocarbon-based components. Oil-based muds (OBM) have a number of advantages over water-based flushing agents. Their effectiveness is confirmed by the accident rate decrease during drilling unstable rocks, the quality of the productive horizons initial opening and other indicators. It should be noted that OBM composition can be represented by different types of anhydrous mineral and synthetic oils (vegetable), as well as different ratios with the water component and other components. At the same time, these solutions, as a rule, contain a solid phase (weightening agent), required for fulfilling the safety rules requirements when opening gas reservoirs. However, like all drilling fluids, OBM has its drawbacks, in particular, it is expressed by high environmental aggressiveness. In this regard, invert-emulsion drilling fluids, where derivatives of fatty acids act as a dispersed medium, are widely used. The productive formations of the Chayandinskoye oil and gas condensate field are represented by abnormally low bottomhole temperatures (+8÷12°). With account of this temperature, it can be assumed that the chemical structure and physical properties of fatty acid derivatives will cause an increase in the viscosity properties of the fluid filtered into the reservoir. The purpose of this researchlies in the influence of the choice of bridging agentsdispersion according to the Vickers method as part of an invert-emulsion drilling fluid and in the determination of the filtrate penetration zone into the formation.
