Annotation:

As it is known, an earthquake is one of the most destructing natural disasters. This phenomenon can bring a great number of human victims and large-scale destruction. An important criterion is the fact that earthquakes cannot be predicted, so it is impossible to take any measures in advance to minimize the damage. In this regard, the authors of the article consider a method for reducing the risks of earthquakes. The technology is designed for controlled reduction of engineering seismic risk in order to prevent dangerous earthquakes by high-frequency wave hydraulic effects of fluid pressure on fractured reservoirs in separate segments of a seismically hazardous main fault, injected through directional deep wells with a horizontal ending. Thus, the problem of increasing the efficiency of removing elastic energy in stressed media, which is a source of seismic energy in stressed media, is being solved to prevent earthquakes.
