Annotation:
The article discusses the methodological aspects of testing cement stone for wells using steam cycling in the development of high-viscous oil and bitumen. The change in the composition of the cement stone hardening products at various stages of thermal exposure is considered, rational time intervals of each stage are substantiated. The limitation of the use of ultrasonic control methods for testing the cement stone strength during its thermal cycling is shown.
