Annotation:

The article considers the problemof preserving and restoring terrigenous reservoir characteristics by the method of hydrophobization. A scheme of the hydrophobic effect is given and a core treated with a water repellent is described. The given example proves the fact that the advantage of hydrophobization is a small amount of the injected reagent and the duration of the positive effect during a well one-time treatment.
