Annotation:

The article provides a model for calculating a gas well lift during its operation in optimal mode, taking into account changes in the thermodynamic and mechanical characteristics of the formation. The optimal operating mode of a well is established under the conditions of ensuring the stability of the bottom-hole zone and preventing the formation of a liquid plug in the wellbore. With known downhole and wellhead values of pressure and temperature in the well, the diameter of the gas lift was calculated taking into account the continuity of the operation process and the stability of the bottomhole zone of the well in case of the possibility of a liquid plug formation in its wellbore. The proposed calculation model is especially effective when developing deep-lying gas formations.
