Research of surface-active substances of poly-functional reagents used in wells drilling to preserve reservoir productivity

Annotation:

When drilling oil and gas wells, surfactants are used as additives in drilling fluids used in the opening of productive reservoirs. Studies have been carried out to determine the critical micelle concentration (CMC) of the Devon-2l reagent as well as the surface tension of complex action reagents based on triglycerides of fatty acids – Lubricon, Biolub, Devon-2l – at the border with air and purified kerosene. It is shown that Devon-2l effectively reduces interfacial tension. A formulation of the drilling fluid, used for opening productive formations based on a surface-active reagent of poly-functional action Devon-2l has been developed. Studies of the developed drilling fluid proved its high inhibitory ability in relation to reservoir clay materials.
