Annotation:

The article presents a calculation of the friction force in downhole pumps. During the operation of oil wells, it is necessary to take into account the bending of the elastic axis of the downhole pump cylinder, associated with the technological imperfection of the cylinder, the curvature of the wellbore, the oscillatory process of the system of the underground part of the well-pumping unit, the misalignment of the traction rod connection with the plunger, the buoyancy force of hydrostatic pressures in the annulus , the friction force between the plunger–cylinder pair, etc. The main purpose of this work is to calculate the friction force and identify the patterns of its occurrence and jumps during the assembly process.
