Annotation:

The article considers the search for innovative solutions when designing and constructing wells in the fourth climatic zone, which is characterized by the presence of permafrost. The main condition of facilities construction in these conditions is the exclusion of heat transfer from them in the permafrost rocks or the possibility of maximal "postponing" the time of frozen soils thawing. As a solution, it is proposed to use a heat-insulated pipe in a vacuum version.
