Annotation:
A lot of wells located in offshore fields of Azerbaijan are subject to sanding and plugging. This phenomenon is especially often observed in wells being in the late stage of development. The process of plug formation in directional wells is known to be characterized by a variety of factors associated with both natural conditions and the parameters of their drilling and, most importantly, operation. The factorsinfluence degree is different, and besides, all of them (directly or indirectly) are interconnected.
