Annotation:

Failure to comply with the calculated values of the drilling fluid characteristics provided by the technical project for a well construction as well as the absence or insufficient number of measures to prevent caving and the wellbore walls collapses, can cause one of the main complications encountered in the process of drilling oil and gas wells – the formation of deep cavities, gland formation and sticking of the drilling tool. Such complications become the causes of unplanned material and time costs. However, the study of lithology and the selection of the drilling fluids component composition by means of laboratory studies, can significantly improve the quality of wells construction.
