Annotation:

An algorithm for planning an experiment to select the optimal concentrations of reagents (emulsifier, stabilizer, structure-forming agent and hydrophobic substance) that provide the most important properties of an invert emulsion solution (IES) for the initial opening of a productive formation is presented. As a result of statistical processing of information about the parameters of the experiment, adequate mathematical models of the dependence of drilling mud properties indicators on input factors were obtained. Based on the output variables modeling, depending on the predictor values variation, the reagents concentration ranges were established, which make it possible to provide the required level of property indicators and the IES formulation that is optimal for opening the productive formation. The publication is carried out within the framework of the project "Digital Technologies for the Prevention and Elimination of Complications (Accidents) in the Construction of Wells in Fields with Multifactorial Geological Complexity".
