Annotation:

The efficiency of constructing deep wells, as it is known, is determined, first of all, by the physical-mechanical properties of the process fluids used (drilling, buffer, development, killing fluids, etc.). Justification of the procedure for managing the effectiveness of their development, application and parameters control refers to the field of systems engineering, being the top level of the well construction process control pyramid. Progressive solutions have been proposed to improve the algorithmic support of this management task. The results obtained should be considered from two perspectives: from an academic perspective (as a systemic view of the functioning mechanism of a drilling fluid cluster) and from an applied perspective (as an element of an engineering methodology for managing a cluster, which can be put in accordance with the specifics of the problem being solved).
