Annotation:
The development of modern means, materials, technical and engineering solutions in the field of wellscasing and high-quality completion is quite relevant, regardless of the purpose and depth of the wells being constructed. Insulation properties improvement during cementing is possible both by introducing various additives into the cement slurry and by using special technical devices in the assembly of the production string: stage cementing couplings, behind-the-casing packers of various designs, devices for selective cementing or wells casing. The authors of the article consider designs of improved choke valves with a modernized shut-off unit, which have demonstrated high reliability and efficiency at any wellbore configuration, both vertical and horizontal and inclined. The proposed designs of choke valves significantly increase the tightness and reliability of the shut-off unit, which has been proven by industrial tests on more than 60 wells in various fields.
