Annotation:

Measuring the quantity and quality indicators of oil and oil products is an important stage of oil treatment (as part of oil treatment plants, preliminary water discharge plants, booster pumping stations), transportation and is included in the list of measurements related to the scope of state regulation to ensure the uniformity of measurements. The article is devoted to the problems of designing units for measuring indicators (UMI) of oil quality. The main factors influencing the complexity of designing quality blocks have been identified. Methods are proposed to improve the existing system for developing technical solutions and to minimize the influence of negative factors. A comprehensive solution to the problems raised in the article makes it possible to optimize technological processes at metering units, improve the design of units for measuring indicators (UMI) of oil quality, its aesthetics, service ability and ergonomic indicators.
