Annotation:

The subject of the study is the results of drilling a section for the liner of wells in the Yuzhno-Priobskoye field using hydrogel and hydrocarbon-based solution (HBS). The Yuzhno-Priobskoye field in the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug of the Russian Federation is classified as a unique one in terms of hydrocarbon reserves. The bulk of its residual reserves are classified as hard-to-recover. The author of the article discusses the completion of the construction of two wells with a horizontal end. The research method is a comparison of the mechanical rate of penetration (hereinafter referred to as MRP), the results of inclinometry of wells and their deviations from the planned indicators. The results of the study will allow making conclusions about the effectiveness of using different types of mud systems to perform certain drilling tasks.
