Annotation:

Nowadays, the Western Siberian oil and gas province remains a key region in terms of hydrocarbon reserves in the Russian Federation. The Vankor field studied by the author of the article is at the third stage of development. The field is located within the Krasnoyarsk Territory of the Western Siberian oil and gas province. It belongs to the category of especially large ones, is multi-layered and has a complex geological structure, with the presence of super-reservoir zones. The main production stock is represented by horizontal, vertical and directional wells. But the main contribution to oil and gas production is made predominantly by horizontal wells. The energy potential of productive deposits is largely exhausted due to the high water-flooding of well products. The water-flooding causes a general decrease in the oil and gas potential of wells, the value of the productivity coefficient, wells flow rates and other development indicators. To solve this problem, complexes of geological-technical measures (GTM) are used, both to maintain base production indicators and to attract additional production. It results in a reduction of productive reservoirs production and an increase of development indicators. The author of the article analyzes the current state of the field development by horizontal wells and discusses the main techniques of both – to increase and restore their productivity.
