Annotation:
The authors of the article provide a comprehensive assessment of wells construction efficiency. The necessity of a comprehensive technical-economic assessment of drilling operations results is caused by the constant demand of oil companies to increase their technical-technological efficiency. A new indicator – technical and economic drilling speed – has been obtained to assess the efficiency of wells construction, assess damage from non-productive time losses (NPTL), select a drilling contractor, etc. A test numerical assessment of efficiency was carried out using the example of well construction at the Chepakovskoye field, in particular, the damage from NPTL under each casing string and the well as a whole.
