Annotation:
The authors of the article present a technology for increasing the efficiency of deep oil and gas well construction and improving the quality of productive formations (PP) opening up by controlling wave processes that occur during the interaction of the bit with the rock. An information model of the "bit–rock–well" system, scientific and methodological foundations of spectral-correlation analysis of ground wave fields and algorithms for operational monitoring of downhole parameters (axial load, torque, bit wear, differential pressure) without using traditional downhole telemetry systems has been developed. "ARM-Technolog" multi-channel hardware and software complex has been developed and tested, providing for PP forecasting, optimization of mechanical drilling and control of primary formation opening in real time based on minimization of the energy characteristics of wave fields. Industrial introduction at the facilities of OAO "Gazprom" JSC and "LUKOIL" JSC has confirmed an increase in the drilling speed per trip, a decrease of accidents and an 1,5–2 times increase of the specific well productivity factor.
