Annotation:
Flushing occupies a special place in the structure of well drilling technological processes – it ensures deepening, fastening, plugging and completion of the well, affecting the quality of each of these processes. All other things being equal, the quality of the flushing fluid is a factor on which the effectiveness and efficiency of all technological processes depend and, therefore, a resource for their improvement. For drilling and service organizations, the possibility of using domestic import-substituted drilling chemistry for flushing fluid spreparation is relevant, and for its manufacturers – the availability of domestic raw materials. The authors of the article substantiate the possibility of expanding the resource base for obtaining multifunctional components of flushing fluids on an aqueous, hydrocarbon and synthetic basis that satisfy the principles of "green chemistry" by using tall pitch and asphaltites. The technologies applied for obtaining multifunctional water-soluble reagents, emulsifiers, inhibitors of clay rocks softening based on tall pitch are theoretically substantiated, experimentally confirmed and tested in production conditions. It is shown that natural asphaltenes of domestic deposits are effective in emulsion flushing fluids as structure-forming agents and filtrate recovery reducers.
