Annotation:
The authors of the article consider design buffer and plugging materials to be used in primary cementing of wells in conditions of the Kovykta gas condensate field. The field has a complex relief with a change of the sites altitude at the locations of the cluster well sites of the "light" design production wells. A specific feature of this gas condensate field is the presence of rock salt deposits and formation waters of varying degrees of mineralization in the geological section. Design cementing materials, at different pressures and temperatures in the annular and inter-annular spaces, form cementing stones with a large value of volumetric shrinkage, taking into account the effect of chemical reagents on its increase, which leads to the emergence of various complications of the primary cementing process. A significant increase of the quality of casing strings primary cementing in the mining and geological conditions of the Kovykta gas condensate field can be ensured by a reasonable choice of new compositions of buffer and cement mixtures and improvement of their practical application technologies.
