Adsorption loss is one of the most common types of complications: it can account for up to 80 % of the total time spent on eliminating complications. Therefore, the development of effective methods for eliminating absorption is an urgent task. The authors of the article analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the most common and effective methods for eliminating absorption in highly permeable formations containing hydrogen sulfide. It has been established that polymer viscoelastic compounds have the most effective colmatation properties, which allow reliable and high-quality colmatation of permeable formations, but the lack of corrosion resistance (stability) of the components with respect to hydrogen sulfide complicates their use in conditions of hydrogen sulfide aggression. Experimental studies conducted by specialists of Drilling Department of Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education "USTU" using a permeability tester made it possible to develop a composition of a biopolymer colmatation mixture for isolating highly permeable formations in conditions of hydrogen sulfide aggression. A statistical model for isolating highly permeable filters with a colmatation mixture has been developed, which allows estimating and predicting the colmatation time depending on the pressure drop and permeability of the medium. The model corresponds to the real process, has an increased cumulative multiple correlation coefficient, and the obtained coefficients are statistically significant according to Student's t-test.
