Annotation:
The most common method of operating oil wells is the method using a borehole pump with a drive located on the surface. Over 70 % of the operating well stock is equipped with sucker-rod borehole pumping units. Balancing of the units is accompanied by an increase of the number of structures the task of which is to convert the rotational motion of a high-speed engine into a slow reciprocating motion of the rod suspension point. The vast majority of sucker-rod borehole pumping units are driven by balance drives with a load, rotor or combined balancing. One of the ways to simplify the pumping unit, reduce its weight is to abandon the use of a balance beam and introduce beamless pumping units. The authors of the article consider a device intended for use in the oil producing industry in case of formation fluid lifting to the surface, related to the power equipment of oil field installations. The drive contains a driving piston hydraulic cylinder connected to a working multiplier in a single design. The introduction of a multiplier power drive of an oil field installation will increase its efficiency.
