Substantiation of the system for developing the oil rim of an oil and gas condensate field using gas inflow control devices

Annotation:
Each oil and gas province is characterized by its own set of difficulties that should be taken into account for successful work with the subsoil. In the Lena-Tunguska oil and gas province, such problems include the low energy state of the formation and the contact structure of reserves. The region has the largest number of fields in Russia with a voluminous gas cap and a thin oil rim. The authors of the article consider the choice of a development system for a part of the oil rim of an oil and gas condensate field located in the Republic of Sakha, in accordance with the geological specific features of the field. The experience of oil rims development, a well completion method that ensures the greatest efficiency of working with contact reserves are considered. A description of the developed gas inflow control device is given, designed to align the inflow profile of the extracted product along the length of a horizontal and subhorizontal well, as well as to limit the inflow of an undesirable phase (oil, water) in each of the well intervals. Based on the analysis of the initial data, a development system was selected using iterative hydrodynamic modeling, based on the results of which conclusions were made about the technological efficiency. These data formed the basis for the economic efficiency calculation.
