Annotation:
The authors of the article consider the operational principle of the tread coating of tank trucks used for transporting hydrocarbon raw materials to oil fields. The history of self-compacting structures emergence is described, from the appearance of the first self-compacting rubber coatings to the use of inert foam. The economic prerequisites of the emergence of protected coatings appearance for tank trucks are given, the main means for eliminating emergency situations and the main costs are considered. The structure of the patented coating is described as well as the main forces leading to emergency situations, in particular, the case of hydroshock. The development will reduce the negative impact of emergency situations on the environment and economic losses of the enterprise. The structure of the tread coating includes: locking elements made of oil and petrol resistant rubber, an elastomer made of elastic polyurethane foam, air evacuation channels, locking tread channels and air removal channels. The system provides reliable protection for tank trucks used to transport fuel and lubricants to oil fields, minimizing the risks of depressurization and spills.
