Annotation:

The current state of the oil and gas industry requires widespread introduction of coiled tubing technologies, one of the main elements of which is coiled tubing (CT). Until recently, all coiled tubing used in the Russian oil and gas complex was imported, which increased the cost of the equipment, delivery time and risks associated with the sectoral sanctions. The article discusses the experience of developing technical requirements for steel electric-welded flexible long tubing for the extraction of hard-to-recover hydrocarbon reserves in order to create a complex of highly efficient technologies for the production of import-substituting CT.
