Annotation:

The paper presents a technological reactor line for oil sludge processing into useful products. This technological line contains two main units – pyrolysis reactors. The pyrolysis essence lies in controlling thermal decomposition of hydrocarbons into elementary parts. It results in, the formation of fuel compositions and raw materials for various industries. At the same time, this method of processing is less sensitive to the quality of raw materials, compared to other methods, and the amount of non-recyclable residue and harmful substances is minimized. The low temperature pyrolysis of oil waste – oil sludge – is studied by means of a developed sectional reactor. Samples of oil sludge from the deposits of the Krasnoyarsk Territory were used as a feedstock. At this stage of the research, hydrocarbon products of oil sludge decomposition were analyzed, and the performance of a single- and multi-section pyrolysis reactor was compared. Thus, the presented design features and technical design of the pyrolysis reactor allow increasing the productivity of the hydrocarbon waste pyrolysis process.
