RELEVANT APPROACHES TO PROVISION AND QUALITY CONTROL IN MATERIAL-TECHNICAL SUPPORT PROCESSES FOR THE OIL AND GAS INDUSTRY

Annotation:

The paper deals with the problems of quality management concerning material and technical support (MTS) processes in the oil and gas industry and presents the organization chart of the stakeholders’ interaction. The key processes in the framework of the material-technical support of Russian and foreign projects of the oil and gas industry are considered and the main risks associated with these processes are indicated. The supply chain is presented in graphically and the activities performed at each stage are described to ensure and control the quality of the supplied industrial equipment and materials. Moreover, the paper overviews the main instruments and methods of quality control with illustrated information flow of each instrument for the purpose of their application in the system of material-technical support for the oil and gas industry.
