DEVELOPMENT OF THE EQUIPMENT FOR THE REMOVAL OF CLAY-SAND PLUGS, AS WELL AS COLMATATION IN THE PERFORATION ZONE IN PRODUCING WELLS

Annotation:

The developed downhole equipment is designed to ensure production columns drifting, to increase and restore the flow rate of wells that decreased as a result of the colmatation of a well bottom-hole zone, as well as wells being idle for a long time and wells after drilling. The causes of the deposits formation in the perforation interval can be different: biological, physical, chemical colmatage. The destruction of bottom-hole zones at the late stages of fields’ development contributes to the formation of a compacted clay plug that completely covers the perforation interval. Standard methods of direct or reverse flushing with liquids do not guarantee complete cleaning of the entire section of the production column, including cleaning of the perforation channels. The authors of the paper have developed jet assemblies for wellbores cleaning and oil production intensification, which have been successfully tested at the fields of the Krasnodar Territory and the Republic of Bashkortostan.
