Annotation:

The paper considers the key aspects of the study, carried out by the authors, devoted to the problems of national standardization documents of Russia in relation to the achievement of equivalence of domestic and foreign standards for oil and gas sector (OGS). The results of the implementation of the developed method for assessing and selecting Russian suppliers of equipment and technical devices for oil and gas sector (OGS) are presented on the example of air-cooling, shell-and-tube and U-shaped (hairpin) heat exchangers. In the course of the study, Russian, American and corporate standardization documents for the selected type of product were comparatively analyzed, and the degree of their requirements equivalence was also determined. The features of the Russian regulatory framework for the specified types of heat exchange equipment are revealed, the differences in requirements between the documents GOST, GOST R and the standards of ISO, API, ASME are identified. The paper presents an excerpt from questionnaires for online surveys of suppliers. Also, the results of the study made it possible to develop recommendations for domestic producers in order to participate in international oil and gas projects.
