Annotation:

The article is devoted to the substantiation of the calculations sequence of deviation and correction parameters of the wellbore axis trajectory of a cluster directional well. Calculations are made as examples and ways of their implementation are shown. To calculate and build a plan of cluster directional wells, it is necessary to take into account the position of their mouths on the platform. To do this, a reference well is selected, the mouth of which is taken as the origin of the coordinate system. When calculating vertical and horizontal projections of any well from another platform, the initial coordinates are determined relative to the mouth of the reference well. The calculation and construction of horizontal and vertical projections of the directional wellbore makes it possible to identify the well bottom location in space at a given depth and make an operational decision to control the deviation process and correct the well route in future. To identify the actual state of deviation when the well bottom is at any point, it is necessary to determine the required value of the zenith angle and the well azimuth. Based on the analysis, as a result of simple transformations, expressions were obtained for calculating the required values of the zenith angle increase and azimuth for making an operational decision on the wellbore trajectory correction. The results of the analysis and the corresponding calculations showed that when designing cluster drilling of wells, it is necessary to take into account the trajectories of wells and start designing from this, independently of each other, and then calculate the safe distance between the wells and proceed to further calculations.
