Constructive-technological aspects of improving operability and operational indicators of oil well sucker-rod pumps

Annotation:
The article considers the level of reliability laid down during the development and secured by production further on determined by operational conditions and other operational factors. The set problems should be solved by constructive-technological techniques application. According to the above said, a number of variants of oil well sucker-rod pumps, their components and parts were developed, including: an oil well sucker-rod pump with a sealing element in the gap between the casing and bushes; an oil well sucker-rod pump with a cylinder rectifying device; oil well sucker-rod pumps with centralizing devices in two variants; an oil well sucker-rod pump with a forced operating suction valve; an oil well sucker-rod pump with rotating plunger; special plunger resistant to abrasion; an oil well sucker-rod pump resistant to hydraulic erosive wear; an oil well sucker-rod pump without volume loss of liquid and with forced filling of the cylinder; an oil well sucker-rod pump for pumping out gas-liquid mixtures; valve unit with ball deflector and an oil well sucker-rod pump with minimal hydraulic resistance elements.
