Annotation:

Fuel filling stations and oil depots are an integral part of the oil and gas industry. Receiving, storing and disposing of petroleum products is an important process not only from a technological, but also from an economic point of view. Continuous monitoring of parameters, accounting for the quantity and quality of petroleum products is a complex and mandatory process from processing to the sale of fuel to consumers. In this regard, the most urgent issue remains the reliability and serviceability of automated systems for measuring the parameters of petroleum products stored in tanks of oil and gas enterprises. Complex measurement systems are a complex automated system based on various methods of measuring accounting for the main indicators of petroleum products. The profitability of oil product supply facilities directly depends on the correct and reliable operation of the equipment at the raw material storage and sale facilities, which requires the development of plans for the maintenance of the equipment in operation. The solution of this task can be achieved by developing and creating the best technologies in the field of environmental protection and rational use of natural resources. The purpose of the study is to identify the possibilities of additional methods to ensure the protection, reliability of operation and correctness of the readings of "Struna" integrated measuring system used at Rosneft facilities, which allow minimizing the intervention of maintenance personnel for unscheduled maintenance associated with the dismantling of the system and the shutdown of gas stations and oil depots. The relevance and scientific novelty of the presented article is the fact that the authors developed a protective device aimed at preventing the corrosion products of the tank from coming into contact with magnetic sensors by developing additional passive protection of the float of "Struna" measuring system. The practical significance of the work lies in the fact that the most efficient and less expensive way is to install an additional filtering casing along the entire height of the rods of the density, temperature and level sensors of the integrated measurement system. The main advantages of this development are versatility, ease of installation, safety during work, ease of maintenance due to the small size and weight of the casing.
