Annotation:

The article provides general information about the CCUS technology, the possibility of its implementation in the fields of the Samara region. CCUS is a complex process that includes a number of technologies for capturing, transporting, and storing CO2 in order to reduce total volume of emissions from enterprises and to enhance oil recovery. The Samara region is a priority object for CO2 utilization, as many deposits of the Samara region have been depleted and are located near emission sources. As part of this work, in the Samara region, the fields that are promising for carbon dioxide utilization in order to increase oil recovery were selected. The project was subjected to economic evaluation and the option of creating a cluster system was considered.
