Annotation:

Based on the accumulated experience of the application of radio-wave diagnostics methods for assessing and predicting hazardous geological processes in the areas of the main gas pipelines passage, a set of issues related to the use of unmanned aerial vehicles for these purposes is considered. Technical requirements are formulated for unmanned aerial vehicles that could ensure the most effective geological carting of the Earth's radio wave field by air-based technical means in order to diagnose the pipe – ground system in the areas of natural and man-made harmful effects on the objects of the gas transmission system. The best types and some domestic models of unmanned aerial vehicles selected on the basis of advanced technical requirements are shown.
