Study of the influence of gas pumping units operational modes on the reliability based on the vibration parameters analysis

Annotation:

The article deals with the problem of optimizing the use of vibration monitoring systems to assess the operational reliability of gas pumping units (GPU). The vibration parameters of the operated GPU depend on the GPU the technical state as well as on its operating modes. Based on the analysis of the operational modes influence on the GPU vibration parameters, an attempt is made to divide the dynamic data flow of vibration monitoring into separate data flows determined by the deterioration of the unit technical state and its operational mode change. On this basis, a machine learning algorithm of the GPU vibration monitoring system has been formed.
