Annotation:

A modern enterprise is a complex set of processes and elements that interact with each other during the implementation of a company's development goals. These interactions are characteristic of the entire life cycle of a company and ensure the performance and the planned indicators achievements of the production program. An important system of interactions in production is the quality of products, namely its management processes. Not only the degree of fulfillment and achievement of the company's development goals, but also the ability to ensure the quality of products depends on how well the production process will be formed, as well as the resources and security systems of production are distributed. The quality of products and the adjustment regulating this process is the most important driver of the success activity of each modern enterprise. In this regard, it is of interest to study the basic methodologies of products quality management of industrial enterprises. The article analyzes the most common methods and presents a practical example of the quality management organization. Based on the analysis carried out, proposals on the improvement the formed quality management system were made.
