Annotation:

The article describes the problem of wells pipelines piping corrosion in the Cenomanian deposit of the Pestsovaya area of the Urengoy oil and gas condensate field. The problem first appeared in 2018. In the course of the inspection, traces of the operational environment corrosive effect on the connecting flanges surfaces of the well piping and on the pipe inner surface were detected. The article presents the results of work carried out over the period from 2018 to 2022, aimed at identifying wells with revealed corrosion manifestations: visual inspection of the pipelines inner surface using a push-through teleinspection system, inspection of pipelines, gravimetric measurements of the corrosion rate using corrosion witness samples. Data on the component composition of the raw gas and produced water, as well as the dynamics of their change in time are given. Conclusions are presented based on the results of the analysis of the phase composition of the deposits’ corrosion products sedimentation and metallographic studies of the base metal and corrosion products sedimentation. The results of laboratory corrosion tests aimed at studying the dynamics of changes in the environment corrosive aggressiveness during wells operation are described.
