Annotation:

The utility model refers to the devices, used for transporting petroleum products. The device allows timely determinination of water the presence in the automobile tank and the change of diesel fuel quality associated with the temperature decrease. The utility model consists of a tank, three optical sensors of the communication line, a converter, a video signal and an alarm. The video signal informs the driver about water presence in the tank or a decrease of diesel fuel quality. When an audible signal is given, the driver turns off the pump and closes the valve to prevent the petroleum products overflow.
