Annotation:

The Urengoy oil and gas condensate field has entered a period of declining production, which is complicated by factors such as a reservoir pressure decrease, gas moisture content increase and non-optimal loading of the main technological equipment for collecting and preparing hydrocarbons for transportation. These factors cause a decrease of the efficiency of separation and absorption equipment and compressor stations, which, together with their long-term service life, creates additional risks in terms of field installations stable operation and commercial products quality provision. To optimize the operation of the equipment of complex gas treatment facilities, "Gazprom dobycha Urengoy" LLC has developed a concept for the development of gas compression systems, treatment and inter-field gas transportation systems, which provides technical solutions for combining the Cenomanian fields into three groups. The authors of the article consider and analyze the operational schemes of complex and preliminary gas treatment facilities in case of their joining as well as make the required calculations using process modeling for subsequent optimization of equipment operation and provision of regulatory requirements for the water dew point temperature. Based on the results of the performed analysis of technological risks, the most effective working schemes in case of the fields’ joint operation in relation to the summer and winter periods were determined, possible complications due to a low degree of equipment utilization were assessed and proposals were made to level out their impact on the technological process. The proposed technical solutions will ensure the quality of transported gas and design indicators for hydrocarbon production as well as will also be included in design solutions for the integration of Cenomanian complex gas treatment facilities.
