Annotation:

The main activity of LLC "Gazprom dobycha Urengoy" is production and preparation for transportation of natural gas and hydrocarbon condensate from gas and gas condensate deposits of the Urengoy oil and gas condensate field. Along with the development of Cenomanian and Valanginian deposits, the most promising and actively developed are the Achimov deposits. One of the main problems of the long-term operation of the Cenomanian and Valanginian complexes at the stage of declining production is the gradual release of the capacity of process equipment and compressor stations, which affects their performance and efficiency. The decentralized layout of the existing infrastructure facilities of LLC "Gazprom dobycha Urengoy" in the southern part of the Urengoy oil and gas condensate field allows for the connection of promising development facilities to existing field communications. The article presents the results of an analytical assessment and calculations using mathematical modeling, field testing of equipment for a low-temperature separation unit as well as adopted technical solutions and main activities currently implemented and planned for implementation as part of promising development projects. Due to the developed technical solutions to be used in the field infrastructure for the collection and preparation of hydrocarbon products, it is possible to implement the strategy of LLC "Gazprom dobycha Urengoy" for increasing gas and condensate production levels, reload the existing production capacities and reduce capital costs for the development of deposits of the Achimov and Valanginian strata. During the period of development and arrangement as well as commissioning, the measures taken will significantly reduce losses of hydrocarbon raw materials and ensure a reduction of pollutants emissions into the atmosphere.
