Annotation:

The article considers the necessity of organizing a systemic collection and processing of the data on the actual technical state of process equipment and pipelines for the introduction of cyber-physical systems, called digital twins, into the main gas transport. Taking into account the experience of introducing monitoring systems for various parameters of the technical state of main gas pipeline facilities, the necessity of organizing comprehensive monitoring of heterogeneous parameters of the “environment – gas pipeline” system to create full-fledged digital twins is substantiated. Using the example of the task of increasing the energy efficiency of gas transportation, the feasibility of collecting and processing data on the actual state of gas pumping equipment and the dynamics of its changes during operation is shown. A phenomenological model of changes of gas turbine units’ characteristics during operation is presented. The results of assessing the output indicators of gas turbine installations of gas pumping units of the GTN-16 type are presented as well as the results of the study of the available power change from the ambient temperature of gas turbine units of various gas transportation facilities.
