Annotation:

Within the framework of the existing theoretical part of the article, the authors provide a scientifically fundamental overview of the concepts of reverse engineering and additive technologies, analyzing their main characteristics, basic principles and methods of application at the "Gazprom Dobycha Urengoy" LLC enterprise. The central part of the work is devoted to the real experience illustration of the discussed methods application during the operational and technical maintenance of the technological communication network equipment of "Gazprom Dobycha Urengoy" LLC. The main attention is paid to specific problems that were solved using reverse engineering and additive technologies. Several cases of technology application are considered, including restoration and modernization of various equipment elements. Each case includes a detailed description of the process, technologies and materials used, as well as an analysis of the cost-effectiveness of the procedure. The article also presents the use of reverse engineering methods and additive technologies as an instrument for solving import substitution problems. The final part of the work is focused on the economic advantages and effects of using reverse engineering and additive technologies, their role in solving the problems of import substitution and accelerating the process of replacing failed parts.
