Efficiency improvement of oil and gas products transportation quality by introduction of statistical control instruments

Annotation:

The analysis of the organization's activities in the transportation of oil and gas products allows the use of control charts as one of the tools of statistical control. Based on the data for the organization under consideration, the indicator "delivery times" of oil products has been studied. Based on the analysis results, recommendations have been formulated to improve the organization's activities to increase company efficiency. Implementation of these recommendations involves optimizing logistical processes, reducing delivery times, and improving customer service quality. As a result of implementing the proposed measures, an increase in the company's competitiveness and strengthening of its positions in the oil and gas transportation market is expected.
