The method of separate accounting of production volumes from supplied raw materials

Annotation:

The article considers the division of production volumes and consumption of natural gas and gas condensate for own needs and losses (ONL) during preparation and transportation at the production facilities of "Uzbekneftegaz" JSC, taking into account the supplied raw materials of the JV "Natural Gas-Stream" LLC on the terms of subsequent return of products in accordance with the concluded agreement. In connection with the production of gas and condensate by foreign companies and joint ventures on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan as well as the lack of gas transportation and processing systems at their own enterprises, there exists an urgent necessity of developing regulatory documents to account for the volume of production from customer-supplied raw materials. The direct measurement of the products obtained during the preparation of natural gas by the joint venture JV "Natural Gas-Stream" LLC at "Uzbekneftegaz" JSC is impossible, since gas supplied by foreign companies is mixed with gas from the fields of "Uzbekneftegaz" JSC. That’s why, the goal is to develop a procedure for accounting of the amount of products volumes being prepared from natural gas, establishing a general mechanism for calculating production volumes and gas consumption for own needs and losses during its preparation at Beskala, Tillali and Saykhun facilitiess of "Uzbekneftegaz" JSC, the production of which is carried out by JV "Natural Gas-Stream" LLC".
