Annotation:

The presented article examines an example of selecting the technology and parameters for laying a gas pipeline in a microtunnel, which is laid on an underwater crossing across the Lena River. It demonstrates how using modern scientific and engineering methods solve complex problems associated with the implementation of new technologies. The scientific and methodological aspects of finding optimal and reliable technical solutions for moving a pipeline with a nominal diameter of 1400 mm in a microtunnel with unique parameters are highlighted: a length of 1500 m and a maximum height difference of about 180 m. This example reflects the importance of developing effective methods and tools for solving complex engineering problems in modern infrastructure.
