Annotation:
The problem of providing work on the overhaul of wells by technical means for the preparation of small-volume grouting solutions is relevant due to the annual increase of the volume of work carried out at the liquidated fund and the old producing fund of wells of gas and oil fields. A characteristic feature of the work performed at the deposits of the Krasnodar Territory is the high density of agricultural land and objects of resort and recreational natural territory, which place especially high demands on the environmental safety of work, quality and technical equipment of specialized enterprises. In such conditions, the issues of improving the technical equipment of service organizations become very relevant, including the technical means of preparing grouting solutions. The equipment of a complete block for the preparation of grouting solutions with a volume of up to 3 m3 has been developed, including a hydro-ejector mixer, a cement supply system for mixing, an integrated holding tank and a dispersant. One installation was manufactured and tested, a characteristic feature of which is the use of direct unloading of cement from the hopper into a mixer with a high, despite its compact size, capacity of about 300…400 l/min.
