Annotation:
The authors of the article examine the statistics of discussions of national standards and internal regulatory documents of organizations within the framework of voluntary and corporate participation of oil and gas enterprises in the consideration of projects. It has been confirmed that the practice of discussing standards or other guidance documentation is one of the components of improving the quality of streamlining and efficiency of standards. The importance of the communication component, which contributes to the monitoring and improvement of the quality of regulations, has been highlighted. It was also noted that the in-demand documents from previous years can be creatively reworked by industrial sector initiatives into organizational standards or national standards. The contribution of a number of organizations to improving the quality of regulatory and technical documentation is analyzed using specific examples with a breakdown of oil and gas complex organizations and types of comments.
