Annotation:

As a technology to combat asphalt-resin-paraffin deposits (ARPD), the use of induction heaters is proposed. These heaters effectively heat and prevent the formation of ARPD in wells, thereby improving their performance and extending the lifespan of the equipment. To accurately determine the optimal depths for installing ring induction heaters, a mathematical algorithm has been developed. This algorithm considers various parameters of the well and the characteristics of the deposits, allowing for more precise and effective placement of the heaters for maximum efficiency. The article presents the calculation of the power consumption required by the ring induction heaters to prevent ARPD formation. An example of such a calculation is provided for a well in the Pripyat Trough field. The calculation takes into account the geological and technical parameters of the well, as well as the properties of the deposits, resulting in accurate data on the necessary power and depths for installing the heaters. The proposed solutions and algorithms can be adapted for various well operating conditions, making them versatile and suitable for widespread application in the oil and gas industry. Implementing such technologies helps reduce operational costs and enhance hydrocarbon extraction efficiency. Additionally, using induction heaters helps reduce downtime for well maintenance, which is crucial for maintaining continuous production. Thus, the proposed method not only improves well operating conditions but also contributes to the overall increase in efficiency and reliability of the hydrocarbon extraction process.
